For 40 years, the history of the first and at one time the largest nautical fair in the region was made. It is no coincidence that Rijeka is the first city to have a nautical fair. With a rich history related to the sea, ever since the declaration of the Free Royal Port of Rijeka 305 years ago, the development path of the city by the sea has been mapped out, which today is experiencing a new, renewed rise, and where the nautical fair in Rijeka, the Rijeka Boat Show since 1984 has its own purpose and important place.
